My name is Carlos Torres Vasquez. I came to the US from Puerto Rico in 2016 after a friend invited me to his tattoo shop in Lancaster, Pa as a guest artist. I had such a great 3 weeks that I have remained here ever since. I recieved a formal education in Fine Arts at Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, where I obtained a Bachelors Degree. Following this I spent a few years working for a Printing company where I did not find fulfillment.

I unexpectedly began my career as a tattoo artist in 2005 after friends of mine at a local tattoo shop in PR encouraged me to try it out. The skill came to me naturally and I have been tattooing ever since. I find inspiration in Metal Music and Horror films, both of which I am a huge fan.

Art has always been an innate part of who I am. Starting at a very young age I began drawing my favorites tv cartoon characters. As my interest and skill grew I began to experiment with a variety of subjects and art mediums. I am thankful to have been lead to this path where I get the opportunity to meet a variety of interesting people and work with them to come up with meaningful pieces that they can be proud to display on their skin.

Although I am an experienced artist I continue to have the desire to perfect my skill, keeping myself updated on the various techniques in tattooing.
